MISSION for every player in our program:
"I love to learn. I love to teach what I learn to others. This is why I coach. My goals involve building a family. This family will respect each member. Respect is the first sign of success. Once we have success OFF the court, we can begin to have success ON the court. We have VERY specific goals. Go to every practice with the mission to improve in one aspect of your game each day. Once we achieve this, we can look toward our TEAM goal...winning the 2009 League CHAMPIONSHIP.
We will work harder than every other team. We will put in more this off-season than any other team. Ask yourself what you are willing to sacrifice for YOUR TEAMMATES and YOUR TEAM'S success.
